Awareness Raising
Lesbian Line works to promote awareness of Lesbian and Bisexual issues through attendance at and organisation of a variety of events.
- Promoting the Rights of Lesbian and Bisexual Women
- Raising Community Awareness of Lesbian and Bisexual Issues
- Documentation of the experience of Lesbian and Bisexual women
Lesbian Line tries to meet these objectives by various means such as:
- Organising responses to relevant consultation exercises
- Submitting evidence to the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee
- Organising responses to relevant consultation exercises
We regularly formulate responses to consultation documents from public sector bodies. This section will soon be updated with current exercises.
